We know that the item may not be quite what you wanted. So we try to accommodate returns, where we can. 

 

Stock items purchased from the shop can be returned, exchanged, or refunded depending on your needs. However, the item needs to be returned to us in as-sold condition.

Custom items that have been ordered, or items that have been personalised, cannot be returned as these will have been made just for you. However, if you are unhappy with your order - this doesn't happen very often - we will do our very best to resolve the situation.
